  Place the items back in their original packaging, ensuring that all screws, floor protectors, and components are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix your shipping label and drop the parcel off at your preferred courier; we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to ensure they are in resalable condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
